Dear Parents,

We are excited to welcome you to the Ventura Family YMCA for our April Swim Meet. We wanted to share several important reminders for the meet.

Location

The Ventura Family YMCA is located at 3760 Telegraph Road, Ventura, CA 93003. This pool is indoors. The meet will run rain or shine, unless there is lightning. We will send additional communication if the meet is affected in any way.

Seating on the pool deck is limited. It is recommended that visitors and swimmers bring folding chairs. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Meet Schedule

This swim meet will run as two sessions, as described below:

Session #1 (Ages 10 & Under):

Warm-Up: 1:45 pm

Meet Start: 2:15 pm

Session #2 (Ages 11 & Over):

Warm-Up: 3:45 pm (Note Updated Time)

Meet Start: 4:15 pm

A copy of the meet program is available on www.ciymca.swimtopia.com on the day of the meet and is attached to this email.

Volunteers
